Among the main activities of the Center are numerous events and conferences organized throughout the year. The annual Leadership Conference is open to the public and each year attracts capacity crowds to Penn's campus. The Center also plans "member only" programs for its corporate supporters on issues of current and emerging concern for human resources and employee relations executives.
