The Center's permanent and affiliated faculty, along with research fellows, conduct research on a broad range of topics related to human resources and talent management. Areas of research include public policy, human resource management, equal employment opportunity, diversity and demographic issues, labor policy in the U.S. and abroad, quality of the workforce, and general talent management issues. This research is shared with supporters of the Center at member-only meetings and also takes the form of published works, from books to journal articles to comments in the news media
